F.R.I.E.N.D.

A friend is one to whom one may pour out all the contents of one's heart, chaff and grain together, knowing that the gentlest of hands will take and sift it, keep what is worth keeping and with a breath of kindness blow the rest away. - as in the Arabian proverb.

The death of a friend is equivalent to the loss of a limb. - as in the German proverb.

Life without a friend is like death without a witness. - as in the Spanish proverb.

But what are your definition of friends? To those who have been with a group of sincere & fun-loving companions, I'm happy for you. For those who hadn't, I empathise for you.

I do not have any who stays. In fact, I do not have one from the start. Now I begin to understand that all of them are just acquaintances despite knowing that previously I've been convincing myself, that they are INDEED my friends. A fool I am.

But thank you so much Dec, Winnie, BabyMelon, TyRay & now, Katak & Freek. You guys light up my life. If not for Popeye who have done the bridging of our friendship, I wouldn't know the meaning of friends.

Without you guys is just like:

- Han Solo without Chewbecca
- Chilli without belacan
- Peanut butter without banana
- Fork without spoon
- Hand wrist without a watch
