I am furious!

Why???

All my staffs are gone around 2.30pm! I was busy clearing some issues to help them out and there they went happily to get their free scoop of ice-cream from ***********. I shall not reveal where it's from because it's unfair for them. It's not their fault. These staffs of mine should bear all the responsibilities. If they could not resist the temptations, they should do it during their lunch time, am I right? I am amused by these antics of theirs. Middle-aged career personnels acting like mid-primary school kids! (Slapped on the forehead)

I'm not an unreasonable manager who loves to man-handle her staffs. I don't demand. I don't place any high expectations. All I wanted is to complete any tasks issued immediately. So that every day is a new chapter. Why can't they understand this?

Or am I too lenient to them as described by my boss?

Could it be my mistake in the first place?

Help me out dear bloggers.. if only I could turn back time... if only I did not accept this new post of mine...

My Life would be so much easier with more time for myself, popeye, family, friends and.....my beauty sleep. =)
